The January 2005 issue was christened as “Rural self dependence Special issue” keeping with the vision that developed India has to be identified by its villages. An overview of the main articles is given below: Rural
self dependence – real independence Under right guidance and through unity amongst villagers, even the most backward village can develop into an ideal village.
